    I say 'Shadow of the Thin Man', not really a fan of wrestling so I don't see that many movies with them.

    Could this be from "The Prizefighter and the Lady" (1933)? Max Baer (father of Jethro actor of Beverly Hillbillies) was a world chamion boxer and a pretty fair actor!

      I keep forgetting that the elder Baer made movies as well. No, this isn't the film, but I'm sure you will hit on it soon. Take another look - there's something right in front that you may be missing.
