At least, that is what it appears that this man is saying. He certainly is standing in the right environment to have a serious matter on his mind, but we'll not sway you too much by sharing our thoughts. Let's see how many of you remember this scene. It's trickier than you might think!

That exquisite room was used in "Nothing But the Night" (1973), but is it the movie?
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, what amazing research you do, Martin! I did not know that room appeared elsewhere - perhaps it is a real location and not a set that was filmed. Alas, that is not the movie, but the year is close!
DeleteIt looks so amazing, that it's no wonder they used it in several movies :) I think you're right in it being a real location, as that kind of quality craftmanship would not be part of Pinewood Studios' standard sets.
