The Impossibly Difficult Name that Movie Game

Hoorah! Someone deserves a good applause... but who? and just what did they do? If you've seen this film then you know what this mystery person accomplished. Put on your ski caps - I mean your thinking caps - and see if you can name this movie.

As always, if you are not familiar with the rules to the Impossibly Difficult Name that Movie game or the prize, click here!

GAME OVER. Congratulations to Tiffany who has correctly guessed "Snowball Express" ( 1972 ). This band of skiers was applauding Dean Jones' aerial stunts on skis, not aware that he was a helpless victim of being pushed down the mountain...backwords!

  1. This is a really interesting idea for a game. When I glanced at this, I recognized the picture. I am surprised that no one else has left a comment yet, but I think I know what this is. I'm almost positive that it's from Dean Jones's hilarious skiing disaster scene in "Snowball Express" from 1972.

By the way, we're looking forward to your participation in "The Singing Sweethearts Blogathon," which starts on Monday, the 12, and goes until Wednesday, the 14. Since you are planning on writing about "Naughty Marietta," please use the first or second banner, which both feature pictures of Jeanette and Nelson together. If you should decide to write about "The Student Prince," which they could have made, please use the third banner with them together. In that banner, he is wearing a powdered wig while she is not.

    Thank you again for participating!

    Yours Hopefully,

    Tiffany Brannan

    1. Tiffany, you've pegged it! This is indeed from Snowball Express. My sister and I were watching the film last month and that was such a great scene when Dean Jones goes on his wild ride down the slope!
