ReplyDeleteThat's from "Those Fantastic Flying Fools" (1967), aka "Jules Verne's Rocket to the Moon", as it involves using a cannon to fire giant projectiles filled with people to the moon (sic) ?!
ReplyDeleteAs you can probably tell, it's partly a spoof on "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines, or How I Flew from London to Paris in 25 Hours 11 Minutes" (1965).

DeleteMartin, I completely missed this comment! You didn't miss it though - that's a bullseye guess!! "Rocket to the Moon" is not a well-known film but an entertaining one none the less. Good for you for recognizing this scene! You'll have to let me know how many photos you want, I lost count!
